For the mesh setting of in the steady state in charge

  APPLICATION TERMINATED WITH THE EXIT STRING: Hangup (signal 1) what does this error meam? My design has air holes in the absorption layer. Without holes, it can succeed.

  This error seems either due to hardware such as Interl chip, or software version: https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/lumerical-fdtd-engine-failing-quickly-with-hangup-error-on-linux/
  It seems using the newest version resolves this issue for some customers.
  Without holes the mesh is different from with holes. You may also need to adjust the mesh settings, such as modify the min edge length, triangle quality etc.
  If it is due to the hardware, you may need to reboot your computer, and see if it works.
