Modelling a square plate (surface body) using multilinear plastic material, undergoing a repeated pressure pulse as below and fixed support B.C. is applied to the four edges, I can not extract the hysteresis loop in a way I can read the permanent deformations after each pulse. I'm looking for some hints , please.September 23, 2020 at 3:43 pmpeteroznewmanSubscriberI hope you will find my post in this discussion to be helpful.nI hope you will find my post in this discussion to be helpful.nnSeptember 23, 2020 at 6:43 pmelhamasadiSubscribernActually yes!nI want to export the permanent deformations of the model after each load, but I'm quite a beginner and couldn't exactly find out what was going on!nDo you suggest to apply isotropic hardening to the material modelling? nSeptember 23, 2020 at 11:20 pmpeteroznewmanSubscriberNo, I suggest you use the Chaboche model. nSeptember 25, 2020 at 1:40 pmelhamasadiSubscribernShall I used Chaboche model besides my previous settings (multilinear isotropic hardening) or ignor the previous settings?nSeptember 25, 2020 at 3:53 pmpeteroznewmanSubscriberCharboche replaces multilinear isotropic hardening.nSeptember 25, 2020 at 9:40 pmelhamasadiSubscribernShall I use the values used in the post you previously mentioned or find them somewhere else?nI want to model Al 5083_h116nSeptember 25, 2020 at 9:55 pmpeteroznewmanSubscriberUse values that are for the material you want to use.nSeptember 27, 2020 at 5:51 pmelhamasadiSubscribernThank younViewing 8 reply threads
