Force PC to run at full power

  Hi all. My PC has 512 GB RAM, 16 GB RTX video card and 24 core processor. But with static and transient calculation, only 30 GB of memory, 60% of cores and 0% of the video card are used. In the program settings, I set the maximum values, but it does not work. Please tell me, can I force the PC to work at full capacity? Maybe it's some kind of snippet or code or python code, I don't know. Please tell me.
