Free trial download issue

  Dear Team,
  
  One of our prospect is looking to download free trial version from Ansys website. Even I have given a try to download it. But the issue we are facing is
  1. Once entered all details and given submit nothing pops up or screen freezes at that point.
  2. We are unable to download free trial version
  3. Kindly suggest what to be done now and also needed details on difference between free version to the purchased version.
