        Hi Team, I signed into my account, however it's showing me that there are no current ANSYS subscriptions that enable capability Discovery - Level 2. I'm operating in read only mode. Is there another step that I need to complete before I can review the trial?

      I think part of the issue is there is no subscription attached to the account? I ran through the troubleshooter here: https://discoveryforum.ansys.com/media/download/h4659f/discovery_license_activation_troubleshooting.pdf And have checked a few of these off.
      1. My user name is liam.xxxxx would this affect the cloud software from connecting?
      2. I've enabled the firewall exception so ansys has access
      3. Logged in under an admin account to see if this user name would fix the issue
      4. Ran the server ping test, and it returns the 4 pings
      Is there some other process I need to go through to activate the free trial? Thanks!

      Yes, there's currently some issue with the trial license. I will let you know as soon as it is fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

      Hello Liam

      The trial license issue was resolved last week. You have been allotted a 30-day trial license starting January 28,2021. You can login in to your Discovery account to check the license details.
