FSI System Coupling Error

Hi everyone,
I've been trying to run a two-way FSI simulation on a blood vessel, but have been having some issues with a repeated error (shown in the image). It seems like others have fixed this issue with a quick alteration of some of their license preference settings and a subsequent system reboot, but that hasn't worked for me. Any help on this issue is appreciated!
