SubscriberI am trying to simulate a coupled analysis between Fluent and Transient structural. The structure should rotate about z-axis and update this rotation in Fluent to calculate the fluid forces and moments. This forces should in turn be updated in structural and so on.
The structural rotation doesn't update in Fluent and the solution runs without any errors. However when I open CFD Post, the FF system of Fluent doesn't have any structural rotation and computes the flow field in the initial orientation only. But the SYS shows the structure has rotated through certain degrees. Why is this happening?

Ansys EmployeeNot sure about the FSI interaction, but why not just use a UDF to put a force on the blades/hub to restrict motion and do it all in Fluent? I assume you've set Fluent so that zone can rotate?
