Full surface not displayed in structural simulation

  I designed this part in Rhino and set up a structural simulation to simulate a simple case of bending by fixing both the ends of the part and applying a vertical force on the arms. The load results seem incorrect and also the load contour is not replicated on the surface properly. It appears to be broken with parts of the surface missing.

  Hello bkumar12 Which version of Discovery Live are you using? Can you please try running the model at maximum fidelity to see if the component is being captured completely? Discovery Live is a GPU-based simulation in which it uses the graphics processor for a voxel-based simulation. The maximum fidelity it can capture is dependent on both the graphics capacity and the size of the model being simulated.
