Ansys EmployeeHi Thank you for reaching out. This is related to product CHARGE. As indicated in the error message you seem to have a conductor material in your simulation without it being used a contact boundary condition. This will prevent the simulation from being run as conductors are simulated in CHARGE only as voltage boundaries.
Best regards

Ansys EmployeeHi To fix this you need to make sure any objects made of conductor materials are assigned as a contact in your boundary condition; you would have go to your boundary condition settings and assign them to the metal objects.
I recommend looking into our CHARGE course available on Ansys Learning Hub. This will be helpful in getting you up to speed with using this solver faster.
