SubscriberHello,
I have written a udf and executed in Fluent 17.
When I try to observe the Flux reports by Reports ----> fluxes, I get the following error message:
Error: GENERAL-CAR-CDR: invalid argument [1]: improper list
Error Object: #f
But when i repeatedly click on fluxes button, the flux reports window is opening and upon selection it is displaying results.
Whether the results displayed are correct or not?
Thanks

Ansys EmployeeHi I have moved you question to a dedicated thread. Does the error happen without the UDF? The error might occur when the required list for output is empty.

Ansys EmployeeHi,
The error message is very general and is harmless and can be ignored. Once you save the case and data files, exit the fluent and re-open and get the fluxes. It will report the right values.

SubscriberHi,
I was facing this issue in both the cases whether UDF is loaded or not loaded.
But now I am not facing this issue. I have made these changes: I have slightly modified UDF and also setup the case file afresh.
Thanks!
