generation of connections and contacts in mesh

  Hello,
  
  I have encounter an issue in design modeler and meshing. I'm getting a lot of contact regions and connections in my ansys meshing after performing Boolean subtract operation in design modeler. How to avoid that as they are resulting in generation of lots of additional Walls on the boundary condition in fluent with a note: zone-surface: cannot create surface from sliding interface zone. Creating empty surface.
  
  In my geometry I have some oval heat source surrounded by rectangular fluid elements. I have attached my project file.
  
  Can you please help
