Getting message like Geometry was closed abnormally

  I am using Ansys student 2019 R2 version . And when I starts opening geometry and the message will come like Geometry Editor was closed abnormally. And I am using Windows 10 . i5 8th Gen with 8 GB RAM and Intel Integrated UHD 620 Graphics
