Hello, I performed static analysis on engine block using imported thermal condition load. If i perform it with structural steel I am getting results but when i perform it with customised material like AL7475 am not getting results it is showing zero as maximum and minimum deformation or stress.Someone help me in solving this please

Did you define a CTE on the new material?

Thanks for responding to me, Yes I did define CTE for the Material and I am getting results in steady state thermal tab but when I import it to structural tab I got no results

Please clear your mesh and create a workbench project archive .wbpz file.  Reply with the version of ANSYS you are using and after you post, attach the .wbpz file.

You did not define a CTE for the material, only a Thermal Conductivity.

Notice that you have not added the Isotropic Secant Coefficient of Thermal Exapansion (CTE) to your material.
