I'm running a transient air flow simulation in a geometry with two rectangular ducts and a cylindrical chamber. The boundary conditions are just noslip at every wall and air entring ducts with a constant velocity. But when I'm looking at the results of velocity contours at any time step the contours seems to be incorrect.

May 14, 2021 at 9:34 am_aryamanSubscriberHexahedral + tetrahedral in different regions via tha caretesian for the rectangular ducts, tetrahedral patch conforming for the inner part of ducts and lower part of chamber and multizone hexahedral for the upper part of the chamber.
So how shall be the diverging thing fixed?
May 14, 2021 at 9:46 amRobAnsys EmployeeUse a multibody part, do the meshing tutorials (what you have is far too coarse to run) and then remesh the model using what you've learnt. Tutorials can be found by clicking on "Help".
