  My client is using Discovery in version 2022 r2.
  
  Graphics card information ; (Graphics device : NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000/PCle/SSE2 )
  
  Although he has updated the driver, he cannot access Explore Mode. At the same time, when Refine Mode is turned on, it sees the screen like this.
  
  I am sharing the screenshots with you. I would be very grateful if you could help me fix the problem.

  RTX 4000/PCle/SSE2 Should be a supported GPU, let me still check this once. Can you please downgrade the GPU driver to a slightly older version and see if it helps? The GPU driver version 5xx.x has shown some issues, working with Discovery. Try installing an older version, perhaps from 4xx.x series.
  
  Also, can you run the discovery compatibility utility and share the result screenshot?
