graphics problem on ansys 19.2 workbench

  hello ansys community,
  
  I have a problem with starting to draw on workbench. The device modeler opens just fine but the graphics section is a blank page with nothing on it at all. When I choose to draw a line , it displays the pencil but it cant do anything on the blank graphics page.
  
  One thing that could be useful : After starting workbench on Linux it says: "Unable to resolve function glXMakeCurrent" .

  Are you using certified graphic card and working on supported OS?
