Graphics windows not showing

  Hello ansys i just downloaded the latest ansys tool (2019 R2)
  when i run space claim as guided in the edx course nothing have shown up
  no graphics window, no cordinates, no sketch planes please help
  
  just as shown in the attachment bellow please help.
  
  firstly i installed ansys 19.2, when i face the issue i downloaded the latest version 2019 R2
  but still facing the same issue
