  추가적으로 위의 질문과 동일한 나노 필라 구조에서 파장(350~800 nm)과 입사각의 변화(0~90도)에 따라 s - 파라미터를 통한 phase를 계산해보고 싶은데, 혹시 관련 예제나 방법이 있을까요? 각도에 대한 흡수율을 구하는 예제는 보았는데 위상을 추출하는 예제는 찾지 못했습니다. 파장과 입사각도 변화에 대한S파라미터 내의 S22 값만 추출하고 싶습니다.
  
  현재는 첨부한 사진과 같이 스크립트를 작성해서 시도중인데 결과가 추출되지 않습니다.

  시뮬레이션의 설정등과 같이 많은 변수가 있기 때문에 먼저 입사각이 0 일때 시뮬레이션이 잘 되는지 확인을 부탁 드립니다.
