Gravity not working in natural convection simulation ?

  Hi there,
  I trying to simulation natural convection, with object is 1 cylinder (like 18650 battery) in the domain.
  I enabled gravity in general section, but, even though i set it as 9.81 or -9.81 in Z direction, or not enable gravity, the result show that no change, like this image below. Please help me !!
