1.设置为bloch/periodic平行光源时,运行时系统默认变为FDTD仿真区域的2倍,这是正常情况吗?
2.我想要做光子筛(一个板子上有很多孔 ,孔的大小和位置都有变化,不是对称的)仿真,属于矢量衍射,这个想要用平行光入射,采用哪一个光源哪一个边界条件好一些?
3.目前还遇到mesh step 和结构模型尺寸的限制,如果入射1064nm的平行光,mesh step最大可以选择多少;我看到官网案例中透镜是小于25um的,想要问一下mesh step满足的情况下,一般结构模型(会有很多小孔)可以做到多大?我想要搞一个1mm的可以实现吗?

FDTD求解的就是矢量场。
如果太大不能直接全部仿真,那就要假设周期。
A3: Mesh精度应该用2,以后再高一些。如果需要内存太大无法仿真,你要考虑用周期的,至于如何选取周期,严格说你需要计算空间相关长度,然后选30 到50倍的相关长度做周期。
如果不知道怎么做,你要找些文献看看,或者直接用文献的周期。
