Ansys Employee你用的是偶极子光源,偶极子与结构相互作用当然就不一样了!
当使用周期边界条件时,偶极子也变成周期的了。这个你要再琢磨琢磨。
至于透射率反射率大于1,一般是因为仿真时间不够,Autoshutoff min 不够小,参见

对应你的情况,占空比接近于1,需要注意网格要分辨那一小部分区域,至少3个网格比较合适。

Subscriber那如果想让光栅结构周期重复,但是不想让偶极子光源变成周期的,应该怎么去设置仿真条件呢

Ansys Employee没有这种边界条件。你只能近似仿真: 有较多的周期(具体多少,以你计算机能仿真为准),单个偶极子,和PML而不是周期边界条件。
脚本中应该是全标双引号造成的,你用第一句的双引号应该没问题。
