关于FDTD中ports的使用问题

  老师您好，我想要仿真一个输入多模的MMI的透射率，您之前建议我使用FDTD的ports，我尝试使用了下，我分别在输入波导和输出波导各加了一个port，整个器件的尺寸连10μm×100μm都不到，但是仿真所需要的内存需要100多个G.这是我使用设置出问题了吗还是说PORTS本来就是需要这么大的内存？希望老师能解答下，谢谢！

  不是Port占内存，是10μm×100μm太大了。
  建议你用EME： https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042305194-Multimode-interference-MMI-coupler
