Ansys Employee我们常说的波导,是指沿传播方向无限长的波导,因此FDE仅计算其一个截面即可得到模式特性。
你这个应该不是这样的波导,看起来是个腔体。光沿什么方向传播?
腔体的模式是谐振的,需要3D FDTD 才能仿真。
你说的3D波导具体是什么?是指沿传播方向截面不一样,或者所加电压不一样吗?如果是这样,不同长度上模式应该不一样,你可以输入载流子后,沿转播方向改变FDE的位置,计算每个位置波导截面的模式。
请琢磨一下具体是什么器件,是要什么结果,有什么物理意义。

Subscriber您好老师,是这样的,我目前做的内容类似于文献上的叉指型PN结的微环调制器,所以我需要得到有效折射率随电压的变化。
叉指型PN结是周期性的结构,所以只能用3D CHARGE构建一段微环上的波导来对载流子分布进行建模,但是接下来要得到有效折射率,我目前的做法是将CHARGE得到的结果导入到MODE中,但是这样以来,MODE中求解的是波导的有效折射率,因此我可能需要多次更改FDE的位置,来计算波导各个截面上的有效折射率是吗?
