Subscriber老师您好!我在使用lunmerical mode进行三阶非线性仿真有几个问题请教!
1、材料模型设置中x(3)的单位是什么呢
2、我在做直波导的四波混频仿真使用chi3/chi2模型可以吗还是需要使用chi3 raman
3、关于光源功率(varFDTD):
我设置的振幅为1e4 V/M 有效面积为0.5μm^2 但是通过脚本显示的功率为1.59e-24
脚本为

A2:建议直接使用Chi3 https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034394734-Advanced-and-custom-optical-material-models-in-FDTD-and-MODE
A3:模式振幅不均匀,不需要使用什么有效面积,你可以提取电场磁场自己计算其功率,如果你认为不正确的话。软件计算的应该没有问题,可以信赖。
