Ansys Employee这两个折射率监视器都是点监视器,目的是拾取频域功率监视器所在平面的折射率。
原则上这些监视器都是4D,(x,y,z,f),因为只需要一点的结果,你需要将监视器的SPAN设置为零即可。

Ansys Employee为什么呢? 前面说了,折射率监视器的目的是为了得到面监视器所在位置的折射率,为什么要监测这两个结构的折射率呢?有什么特殊用途吗?没有的话,就应该在频域power监视器的位置上。有特殊需要另外折射率加监视器。
此外,请把基底Sio2至少在周期方向延申到周期边界之外;该器件是悬空的吗?基底厚度对器件性能重要吗?如果不是悬空,就应该将基底在ZMin方向延申到PML之外。还有:柱子的宽度接近周期的时候,你如果画3个周期,就知道中间的间隙很小,里面有几个网格?一两个网格并不能很好分辨。很可能这个对结果精度有影响。
