1.对于EME中port的尺寸是如何设定的呢?尤其是z方向的span,如下图标注所示:
当z span较小时,如上图标注尺寸时,会出现光在MMI里不传播的情况,如下图所示:
为什么会是这样的呢?那么正确的尺寸应该是怎么设定呢?是应该z span应该和EME的那个框一样高吗?而对于xy面上的尺寸设定,是不是只要每一个port完全包住输入输出端口就行了?
2.如果想在MMI的taper处加入mesh,那么mesh的尺寸又是如何设定呢?是应该mesh的那个框完全包住port那个框?还是port那个框完全包住mesh?如下图红圈所示:
橙色框是mesh,灰色框是port,其尺寸如何设定呢?
3.还有一个问题就是您之前建议我使用“conserve energy”,但是我一直没有找到这是什么部分?
