Ansys Employee因为对光学波段来说,1GHz属于长波,建议用PEC代替吧,目前我们FDTD不是像微波FDTD那样直接将电导率加到FDTD迭代方程里,而是用介电常数,导致内存需要很大。你的仿真应该不是为了要材料吸收或者SPP,因此用PEC应该没有问题。

Subscriber老师您好!我需要对比同样结构用两种材料(Cu和坡莫合金)的情况下会有什么区别,所以不能直接用PEC,请问老师还有其他办法吗?

Ansys Employee那就只能使用Thin Sheet 2D材料,用电导率区分不同材料:
