Having trouble opening Ansys applications

  I recently got a License for certain Ansys applications. However, whenever I try to open up the application after downloading I get this error

  Please make sure the port for the ansyslmd daemon is open on the license server firewall.
  You can set ansyslmd to a static port by adding it in the license file on the VENDOR line.
  
  For example:
  VENDOR ansyslmd PORT=1056
  
  Also, make sure you can ping the server by hostname, DESKTOP-RT75QHC.
