How to include conductive heat flux q (3rd term on the right hand side of equation) in fluent?

      Thanks

The term is already included. Whenever you have boundary where heat flux might be described or there is temperature gradient generating a heat flux at the boundary then the term in the equation will be accounted for.  That term is the also present for single phase flow.
