Heat Flux boundary condition convention?

  What is the convention for determining or setting the direction of the heat flux? Obviously, a positive value transfers energy one way across a plane and a negative value would go the opposite way. However, there are no visual cues or arrows indicating which one is which. The documentation doesn't (currently) specify a convention, implicitly or explicitly.

  I assume you're referring to Discovery Live.
  
  At the moment I don't believe there is any indication besides the +/- designation for the quantity. A positive value will add energy to the simulation, while a negative value will remove energy.
