HELP: DesignModeler – Operation would result in non manifold bodies

  Hi, I can't seem to get this one horizontal line to connect to the rest of the structure properly. I've tried deleting and reconnecting multiple times. The constraint status is well defined. Due to this, it's causing a manifold error.

  Hi Can you mark which body you are trying to merge? In the image it appears the corner edge of green body is touching the other body. This will cause Boolean to fail. You should modify the green body such that instead of croner edge, there should be face touching to the other body.
