Help Error with Using Machine toolkit

  I have a problem with the machine toolkit, I am trying to run it it gives me "Step Failure" Error. The error is the following:
  "The execution of the step has failed. The wizard will exit and return to the Wizard Start Page. Check the error messages."
  Global - Messages : [error] ACT Wizard: ERROR: Error when invoking function 'ProcessUIData4'.
  
  i am Reinstall the software as admin and also turn off all the firewalls and try. Run Ansys as an admin the problem still persists
  I am using Ansys Electronics Desktop 2022 R1. Any suggestions how to solve this issue ?

  Hi @phuonganh97 The error seems to be associated mostly with the installation issue.
  You need to turn off the firewall and Antivirus also while installing and can turn them on after restarting PC.
  But if your issue did not solve please contact your Ansys account manager to connect with the support team.
