I am trying to simulate a plasma reactor to map heat distribution and airflow. This is a basic 2D simulation and I started with the a fluid domain only and got the result I liked . I'm thinking that you missed the Share Topology step in your geometry preparation. When you perform this, Fluent will automatically recognize convert the solid-fluid wall as coupled. Perhaps, this is what you are looking for Karthik
