      Hi all.
      This customer is not able to make the access to the help online.

      It’s the first time I see this behavior … how it works?

      Also the customer is trying to make the access as request using the credentials od his account Discovery but here is not working as you can see at the video attached.

      Hello Roberto,

      All the Help documentation is now online and requires a login to access. You will have to sign up and create a Customer portal login after which you can access the online help. To sign up, click on the "Click Here" link shown below.

        When the account number is not available fill out the required data in the form and click the 'Contact Me' button to be contacted by an ANSYS representative.

        The reason behind the need to create a new ANSYS Customer Portal account for accessing online help is that the online help includes help section for Discovery products as well as all ANSYS products (Workbench, etc). Any user who needs to access online help need to create ANSYS Customer Portal account.

        Although that said, I will check with the concerned team to see if Discovery login can be used to access online help instead of creating a new one.
