In Ansys fluent, the goerning equation for the Herschel-Bulkley model is quite different as compared to what we learnt in the fluid mechanics ? What can i interpret from the equation used in the Ansys Fluent ?
What is critical shear rate used in that equation ?

It's something you set, and https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/Secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v231/en/flu_ug/flu_ug_sec_viscosity.html%23flu_ug_sec_viscosity_non_newtonian gives some of the information you're after.

      In the Ansys user manual,

the equation for the Herschel-Bulkley model is given as :-

But the standard equation of the Herschel-Bulkley model is given by :-

how can i correlate these two equations ?

By plotting data? The model used in Fluent is the model defined in the manual, if you'd rather calculate from scratch there are Expressions and UDFs to do this.
