Does Ansys have a simple solution to approach the issue where a net has series components? I know there are extended nets, but this needs to have the net names very similar like NETA and NETA_R.
In my case there is NETA --- series resistor --- SIGNxxxx.
I'd need a solution that automatically detects that SIGNxxxx and NETA are split apart by a Rser with a value of XXohms.
Is there something available?

There is no out-of-the box solution to this problem. You can use pyAEDT to automate this task:
