Hi, I downloaded the new software as you suggested however i’m Still having issues.

      I have the same issue also if I use the host name PC-SIMERICS

        I do not see any licenses associated with your account, but it looks like you're trying to find a floating license on a server with this installation.  Are you certain this is the license type you will be using?  If it is, then you need to verify that the server is running and that the connection is not blocked by a firewall or other security.
