How can I define domain of mixture material (gypsum+pcm) in ansys fluent

  Hi i need a small guide because i don't know if this possible or not in fluent ansys
  If you can help me about how can I define the domaine of solide as shown in this picture

  And you can define mixture material using user define database. Please check user manual: 8.1. Defining Materials (ansys.com)
