Can some explain how engineers design and test their aircraft designs? I have seen videos online where they use computers to design and test, How does that work?

They rely on the power of CFD - Complutational Fluid Dynamics. Using powerful computers ?️, equations governing fluid motion such as Navier-Stokes and others, are solved to identify the dynamics of the fluid as it moves through/around an object.

Thanks for your response @bsista !!

I would like to learn more about CFD but dont know where to start ?. Do you have any recommendation?
