SubscriberI am trying to co-simulate a pair of coils in Simplorer and am having trouble setting it up. In the picture named "Coils", my version of ANSYS electronics desktop is missing the options of advanced product coupling and a few others that are seen in the picture labelled "missing2", which was taken from an online tutorial. Also, when i try to implement the coil design into Simplorer, I do not have the option of "add dynamic inductance" in my version of ANSYS which can be seen in "missing", but can be seen when following an online tutorial in "missing3". When I click on any of the options of adding any form of dynamic coupling and choosing my file, I get the following errorĀ message which can be seen in the picture labelled "error".

Ansys EmployeeHi, ,nWould you mind sharing your screenshots again using upload image rather than upload file since the screenshots are not directly displaying. We are not allowed to click on non-displaying ones. Thank you.nNovember 20, 2020 at 3:01 amNovember 20, 2020 at 3:22 pmicellb1
Ansys EmployeeHi, Array,nThe advanced product coupling option is for transient type solver only. If you didn't use transient for your Maxwell design, that option will not appear in the design settings.nThe name add dynamic inductance was used for old version simplorer, now the name is changed to dynamic magnetostatic.nMake sure you assign matrix under parameters tab in Maxwell in order to avoid that error when linking Maxwell magnetostatic to simplorer.nNovember 20, 2020 at 7:06 pmAndytran2
