SubscriberHello, in Ansys Mechanical I am trying to design parts as individual bodies, that way I can select each body individually in a static analysis and get the average stress for that specific section. What process would be best for going about this, and would Spaceclaim or Design Modeler be more suited to this task?

Ansys EmployeeYou can use SpaceClaim or DM.
You will need to split the bodies are need. Please go through help manual for more details Also check few tutorials on the same.
