SubscriberHi everybody, my classmates and I am creating a tank for CFD modeling. We are trying to delete the shaft of a impeller inside the tank from the fluid body. We are following a tutorial and the step we are lost on says this:Go to Create --> Body Operation and select Delete. Select the shaft bodies (using the box selection tool is easiest) and click on GeneratenWe are in Design modeler and click create --> Body operation but you must click it, there is no further options. There is also no delete type option in detail views.nAre we following this wrong or how do we go about completing this step. thank you. I believe we have ANSYS 2020 R2. -

SubscriberSince you are in ANSYS 2020 R2, if u are aware that there is an deleat part in the beta flag options, when you enable this flag , an item will be enabled in the contextmenu if u right click on the your geomentry in any mechanical products, nThe second easy approach is to use spaceclaim, just right click in the tree and select delete it from there, anayways i am attachignthe images for ypur futher reference. nCheers, nRamn

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
