SubscriberHello,
I want to use Academic Floating License via VPN.
After activating the license on the computer located in the lab, I took steps to connect to the school network via VPN.
However, when running FDTD using VPN outside the school, the following error message is displayed.

Ansys EmployeeThis is a network/connectivity issue, where your local computer is not able to connect with the license server on TCP ports, 1055 & 1056. Please ensure that the license file on the Ansys license manager on your license server is configured with static ports and these ports are opened for access on the license server. And your computer is allowed access via VPN on the ports used by the Ansys license server.
