How to apply pressure force to a hyperelastic material?

hello everyone,
In my muscle which is made up of silicone rubber, I want to put pressure on the inside hollow wall of it. But as both the top and bottom ends are closed I can't see the inside hollow surface. Where should I put the pressure to see the compression of the muscle? Below is the image of my muscle which is cylindrical in shape with its inside surface as hollow of 5mm dia. first one is the fig of the full muscle and the 2nd one is the cut part to show how inside of it look like.
