How to calculate SAR on a coil?

  Hello, could someone help me, I am a beginner and I am making a design of a coil as shown in the figure.
  I simulate the electric field and that gives me some values but when simulating the SAR, it tells me that
  the average SAR calculation with invalid tissues, please check your settings
  However, the density is 1g/mL and it is the one that is placed in the configuration.
  What would be the way to calculate the Sar of this coil?
  I would appreciate your help on the matter.

  I am using Ansys electronic 19 with Hfss, I also use poligonhelix to make the cone, I am also using a female head phantom but when simulating it tells me that it cannot calculate SAR
  I appreciate any help.

  Please go through "Modifying SAR Settings" section of the HFSS help document for detailed information.
