I want to calculate the T_ll, T_lr, T_xx, T_xy. the first letter is for the light source, and the second letter is for the output. for example T_lr, means input is with a left cricular polarization, while I want to measure the tranmission of the right circular polarzation.

I particularly want to know how to do them in FDTD and RCWA. We can use an simple cylinder with a rectangular cross section as an example.

      thanks
