how to calulate sensitivity of a optical biosensor in lumerical FDTD

  I am trying to simulate a plasmonic waveguide optical biosensor in FDTD but I to perform the sensitvity of the same. kindly help me with this.

  Have you your own definition of sensitivity? in my understanding, the results by changing the sample's properties, most likely refractive index (and other factors such as density etc which induces index change) is used to analyze the sensitivity. eg, how small the change of index (other other quantities) can be detected, by transmission/reflection or optical intensity change. Sometimes incident angles can also be sensitive.
  You can also refer the published papers to get some insights.
