how to center on the center of gravity the enclosure tool?

  I have to do simulations on a maple seed in autorotation but I encounter some errors related to the creation of domains. Using the enclosure tool, I can't center my domain on the center of gravity and by creating a sketch and then using the extrution tool, the domain is well centered on the center of gravity but it behaves strangely when using the bolean, which creates a lot of errors afterwards.
  Do you have by any chance a solution to this problem?

  Can you please insert some images so that to get better idea.
  You can use Move tool to moving enclosure to CG.

  Thank you for your answer,
  I am currently using designModeler but it doesn't seem to me that the combiner tool is present in it. Would there be a solution by staying in DesignModeler or is it absolutely necessary to switch to spaceClam to create this domain?
