SubscriberHello, I'm testing Ansys since a few days working on a bicycle frame. The geometry is designed in Rhino 3D, I used the "Boolean difference" Rhino command in order to remove the Rear axis (purple color) volume from the Frame (green transparent color). Once imported in Discovery, I got a "Default Contacts (Bonded)" element in Physics.
But I want the axis being able to rotate inside the frame, so I try to change Bonded to Sliding or Hinged but both options are disabled. How to do that ? Thanks !

Ansys EmployeeHello jean-davy
Could you please clarify if you are using the Explore mode or the Refine mode?
The Explore mode is limited to bonded contacts. Although, you can use the Refine mode to change the contact to Sliding.
