How to copy an excel file from one directory to another using ACT

I'm trying to copy an excel file from one folder to another and for this I'm trying to use shutil and os libraries. But, when i run the code through Mechanical ACT editor, it throws a Traceback error while importing. However, this works fine while using the shell in the Mechanical. I'm concerned about if these libraries are accessible in IronPython module or not. If not, how can we copy the file through other library.
